Removed 73 lines of debug console.log statements from 4 frontend files:

### ✅ Task 2: Fix Voting Page - Users Who Already Voted

Modified `/frontend/app/dashboard/votes/active/[id]/page.tsx` to:

**Show "Vote Done" page directly when user has already voted:**
